If the defined product is to be subdivided, this can be done by using the functionality 'New document' in the element sub-components. In the following example, a subdivision for the product 'risk management' is made in RM-master-data, RM-Recording and RM-Chart-System. Each of these modules can be arbitrarily divided.

By using the functionality 'New document' in the field 'sub components' …

… a new document is created with the relevant parameters of the sub components.

After entering the specific parameters for the sub-module (name, description, version, appropriate employee, …), the sub-module can be saved.

Another sub-module in the same level can be created by using the function “Create new Document from template”.

Afterwards, the field contents are changed …

… and the form is saved.

In the example, the module RM-Recording has been created using the copy functionality. In this manner the other sub-modules will be created at the same time (“New Document from template”, complete and save document).

If all sub-modules are closed again, a list of the direct sub-modules to the product appears in the view of the component risk-management in the element 'sub components'. This division can be done using any number of levels.

By using the button a component view will be displayed. By clicking on this button the related categories can be opened (here the products and the RM-components).
