The employee time posting menu acquires and administers various time postings in the system. The various time postings are entered through the action posting time accounts in the employee menu. Hours for the accounts special hours, flexible time, overtime and vacation can be added or debited. Additionaly, the corresponding time posting in which the transaction has been added or debited is displayed.

Die verschiedenen Zeitbuchungen werden über die Aktion Zeitkonten buchen in der Mitarbeitermaske erfasst. Es können Stunden für die Konten Sonderstunden, Gleitzeit, Überstunden und Urlaub zu- oder abgebucht werden. Zusätzlich wird die zugehörige Zeitbuchung angezeigt von der die Transaktion zu- bzw. abgebucht wurde.

The document type consists of the following elements:

• Employee Time Posting: This field specifies the key field of the posting. This is automatically provided with an employee name and a consecutive number.
• Employee: The employee for this posting is assigned from the system here.
• Definition: This field specifies the actual definition of the posting. It is filled with transaction accounts and posting date taken from the system. Es wird vom System mit den Transaktionskonten und dem Buchungsdatum gefüllt.
• Entry Date: This date field specifies the entry date of the time posting. When creating the post this field is automatically set from the system.
• Posting Date: The posting date specifies the date of posting of this time entry. This field is defined from the action “Set Posting Date”.
• Amount: The amount of hours which should be posted are defined here.
• Time Account: This field specifies the time account (holiday, overtime, special hours, flexible time) in which it is posted. Dieses Feld kennzeichnet das Zeitkonto (Urlaub, Überstunden, Sonderstunden, Gleitzeit) auf das gebucht wird.
• Respective Time Posting: The corresponding time posting is displayed here. Througn a link the usere can access a second posting. Hier wird die zugehörige Zeitbuchung angezeigt. Durch eine Verlinkung gelangt der Benutzer auf die zweite Buchung.
• Comments:This field is specifies the comments for these postings.
