The customer-based occupations/Tasks mask administers the calculated rates and cost/charge rates (Be- u. Verrechnungssätze)(per hour),which generally differs from the standard rates (defined by the Occupations), applied to a designated customer.

The mask contains the following elements:

• Contact: This field specifies the assigned/dedicated contact to the altered occupation rates.
• Occupation: This field specifies the occupation for which the altered rates exist. Dieses Feld kennzeichnet die Tätigkeit, für die geänderte Sätze vorliegen.
• Definition: This field specifies the definition of the occupation.
• External Hourly Rate: The external charge/cost rate per hour for this occupation is defined here. This rate is applied to (if no project-specific alteration exists) the quotation and invoicing.
• Internal Hourly Rate: The internal cost/charge rate per hour for the customer is defined in this field. This rate is only applied if no project-related cost/charge rate or employee-related rate is stored in the system.
• Comments: This field can be used for entering comments.
