The mask program contains:

• Number: In this field, the number of the program is automatically assigned by the system.
• Description: This field allows you to enter a description of the program.
• Main Program: In this field the selected main program is displayed.
• Subprogram: This field displays the selected subprogram.
• Program Manager: In this field the manager of the program is selected.
• Time Periode (from/to): These fields allow the entry of the period from when to when the program is scheduled.
• Status: In this field the status of the program is set.
• Portfolio: In this field you can insert a portfolio evaluation.
• Projecte: In this field, various projects can be selected and redefined.
• Comment: This field allows you to enter a comment about the program.
