The mask project-wise occupation manages the activity records that are adapted for a defined project. If these records are defined for a project or sub-project, these values override the global activity records (see also Costing and Pricing).

The mask consists of the following elements:

• Project: This field indicates the associated project.
• Activity: This field indicates the activity that is adapted for this project. Changes made here will not change the original activity record.
• Title: This field indicates the name of the activity and may differ from the standard name.
• External Hourly Rate: This field indicates the calculation rate of the activity. This is then invoiced to the customer for this project.
• Internal Hourly Rate: This field defines the internal billing rate.
• Comment: This field is used to enter remarks.
