[[2.11.02_dokumentenverwaltung_flyer|{{|previous}}]] [[en:handbuch:handbuch|{{|Home}}]] [[2.12_produktdokumentation_und_ticketsystem_produktmanagement|{{|next}}]] ====== 2.11.03 Group Appointment Calendar "Team Calendar" ====== The group appointment planner administers project relevant appointments ([[2.02.05_meilenstein|milestones]], external and internal appointments, project actions) and person-related appointments ([[2.3.02_abwesenheit|absences]] like vacation and illness, [[2.01.05_key_-_feiertag|holidays]], general [[2.01.22_basic_-_aktion|activities/promotion]], ...). The calendar can be opened for a user, a group (for example, [[2.01.27_basic_-_unit|unit]]) or all employees for any time period. If the appropriate access permission is assigned, the appointments can not only be viewed but also defined. Holidays, absences, milestones and open activities/promotions are transfered from the appropriate input data in the system. Appointments can be (with adequate access permission) freely defined.
