====== 2.11.01 Mail System "Mailer" ======

Projectile contains, in the optional groupware module, internal and external mail functionality. Using the integrated mail system "Mailer", e-mails and short messages (SMS) can be sent within the system. The internal e-mails can be directly linked to any document in the system and can generate automatic messages as templates (see also [[en:handbuch:kapitel_2:2.01.13_basic_-_kontakt|Contact System / Customer]]) or reminders for appointments (see also [[en:handbuch:kapitel_2:2.11.03_gruppenterminkalender_team-kalender|Team-Calendar]]). Furthermore, the mail system is integrated in the contact system and the employee administration.
